Retail powerhouse, Glitter, has rolled out Sitoo mPOS in 165 stores
One of the Nordics’ largest retailers, Glitter, has chosen Sitoo as it’s new mobile point of sale (mPOS) system.
Glitter has 165 stores across the region and has already rolled out Sitoo to their stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Glitter has been one of the highstreet’s leading brands for close to thirty years and has always taken pride in being a new thinker, who dares to do things differently. It was these values, in part, which led to Glitter choosing to work with Sitoo.
“We were looking for a solution that would fit out immediate needs but also be able to grow with us in the future and meet the new ways our customers expect to be able to shop,” says Thomas Windmar, CFO at Glitter.
“With Sitoo, we’ve found a partner who match our own ambition, who were able to deploy their solution to all our stores in only six months, and who are helping us provide a better service to our customers. What’s more, the speed and ease of the rollout of the software has meant Sitoo is a joy to work with.”
With Sitoo’s cloud-based mPOS system – all sales channels are connected in real-time and have synchronized product, stock and customer data. Sitoo’s technology gives retailers the tools they need to place a greater focus on their in-store experience and give more to their customers – something Glitter were excited to embrace.
“Glitter is a large retailer who have been incredible proactive about adjusting to our new ways of shopping and have done so with great success,” adds Jens Levin, Sitoo co-founder and CEO.
“Our team did a superb job in rolling out Sitoo to Glitter’s 165 stores in only six months and we’re all excited to see the impact it will have. In many ways, Sitoo is the missing piece for retailers and enables them to join up the two worlds of bricks and mortar and ecommerce. It’s our hope it empowers Glitter – and all our customers – to deliver a compelling in-store experience that generates sales and ensures the consumer leaves with a smile on their face.”
