World-leading design brand set to launch Sitoo in eight countries

The world-renowned design Danish brand, Georg Jensen, are set to implement Sitoo across more than seventy stores in eight countries as they look to modernize their systems and make unified commerce a reality for their customers.

Working in partnership with leading IT and business consulting specialists, CGI, the roll out of Sitoo will be part of a wider project to modernize Georg Jensen’s retail systems and improve their omnichannel capabilities.

Carsten Ølholm, Head of Global IT for Georg Jensen says: “Large parts of our business are based on older versions of Microsoft Dynamics versions, which don’t support our vision for growth. It was very difficult, if not impossible, to fully integrate our previous systems, meaning, in order to continue our growth and give our customers the service they expect, we had to modernize and update our ERP and POS platforms.
