Swedish menswear fashion brand, John Henric, has thirteen stores across Sweden and rolled out Sitoo POS and Unified Commerce Platform at the end of August 2021. John Henric is an exclusive producer-to-consumer brand that cuts out the middleman to offer high quality, genuine craftsmanship at affordable prices.
Founded in 2008, the brand has seen phenomenal growth. Physical stores have played a huge role in this growth and delivering exceptional CX has always been a priority for John Henric.
