Software from Sitoo should be viewed as a central and long-term investment. Our goal is that as a Sitoo customer you should always feel secure. Our Support & Service Agreements are a guarantee for you investment in Sitoo to be successful. When buying software from Sitoo, Support & Service is always included for 12 months. An extension year 2 is something we always recommend, but it is optional. There are thre levels of Support & Service:

The Service Agreement gives you free access to Sitoo Images, an integrated online image gallery with thousands of professional images from all over the world. You are allowed to use these images, altered or as is, on your website. You will also have access to design concepts, dynamic images, layout blocks and more to help you design your website.

För att skydda sig mot spam (skräppost) är de flesta e-postservrar utrustade med spamfilter vars uppgift är att filtrera bort spam. För att minska risken för att ditt nyhetsbrev av misstag blir klassificerat som spam finns en Spam Check i Newsletter Studio som kan analysera innehållet i ditt nyhetsbrev. Newsletter Studio Spam Check går igenom innehållet i ditt nyhetsbrev och gör en sk "content screening", vilket innebär att texten i ditt nyhetsbrev kontrolleras och jämförs med bra e-postmeddelanden och spam. Innehållet viktas och en indikation presenteras. Det är av vikt att hålla Spam Check funktionen i Newsletter Studio uppdaterad. I Serviceavtalet ingår löpande uppdateringar av Spam Check funktionen.

With the Service Agreement you will have free access to many concept templates and image effects, helping you design your newsletters.
To protect from spam (junk email), most mail servers have spam filters that try to filter out spam emails. Before sending out a newsletter, the Spam Check function in Newsletter Studio analyzes the contents with purpose of reducing the risk of the newsletter mistakenly being classified as spam. Newsletter Studio Spam Check reviews the content of your newsletter using "content screening", which means that the textual contents of your newsletter is controlled and compared against good and bad (spam) emails. The content is then weighted and an indication of the risk for being classified as spam is presented. There are no guarantees that your newsletter will not be classified as spam, but using Newsletter Studio, the risk is greatly reduced.
It is important to keep the Spam Check feature up to date. The Service Agreement allows for free updates of the Spam Check feature.

As a Premium Customer you will have free access to many concept templates and image effects, helping you design your newsletters.
